Australian Marmalade Awards featured on ABC News



ABC News has kindly featured the Australian Marmalade Awards on their news channels and website.


Their online article introduces the competition and its historical context.


It also features insights from the competition judges, including tips on how to create an award-winning preserve.


A panel of eight judges in Adelaide are currently in search of the country's best marmalade, tasting almost 300 entries from around the country.
Run by the National Trust of South Australia, the zesty group is passionate about preserving the tradition of making marmalade.
